You can currently buy for £370 - no cases - so with £70 name change you are down to £300 - offer that for £250 to someone - maybe - but in your position I would say or nearest offer - remember its what the buyer is saving that will swing the deal not what you have paid - so if you ask £250 + name changes £70 = £320 the buyer saves £50 but he might "hold" hoping FTC price drops further - your call - good luck

It seems harsh that you can't defer Jury service again due to a pre booked holiday if you can prove booking it prior to being called.
If you lose money can you claim it back?

I have changed loads of flights online with Easyjet never Thomas Cook but have always found it really simple to do, from what Marggie says Thomas Cook sounds the same as Easy Jet, nothing changes for definite until you have paid the money for the changes
