The nearest I can get to anything to do with Faith by Stevie Wonder, is one of my favourites by him from 1970  'Heaven Help us All' try this and see  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrlBeEkvzHY

Thanks Rindy!!!  Got all my old LP's out looking for the answer to your question and found out I am sitting on a little fortune here.  A couple of them are selling on eBay for £70+.  I won't be selling them tho'!!!

The bad news is I didn't find the answer to your question.  It obviously is a little known one and all I can think of but can't find a link is Blind Faith about his mum.  I know it is mainly known as a book but he did release a song with that name
