On a Positive Note - Who DOES Make You Laugh
« on: January 02, 2013, 16:32:33 PM »
Topics about cr4p sitcoms and celebs we can't stand are one thing - but who do you find funny from the television of today?

My list would include Sean Locke, Reginald D. Hunter, Paul Merton, Martin Clunes and Lee Mack. I also couldn't stand Harry Hill but loved his humour on TV Burp. Another I grew to like is John Richardson, the OCD suffering Manc.

Yours?  :)

I could certainly add all three to my list - the Idiot Abroad guy I find irritating but very clever with his humour. Certainly no idiot.

Harry Hill , Frank Skinner, Victoria Wood, Julie Walters, Dinnerladies was great and enjoyed Gavin & Stacy, more recently love the Inbetweeners and Friday night dinner is pretty cool apart from the annoying neighbour.
Agree about Karl Pilkington, genius.

To save me writing it all again, pretty much the same as you Kayakebab! Loved Victoria Wood's 'Acorn Antiques'  in the olden days with Julie Walters, Celia Imrie etc - pure comedy that stands the test of time.
