A wonderful boat trip in Turkish weather
« on: July 17, 2013, 20:55:16 PM »
Isn't this weather amazing?  Yesterday Peter and I went on a wonderfully relaxing boat trip with the lovely Lotty and her husband.  If we hadn't been on that most beautiful of all rivers, the Thames, I think I could almost have imagined we were in Turkey.  Long may it last.

I'm sure the Thames will last for quite a while yet.

It was truly perfect ! A very memorable trip. When the weather is right, really, I do believe you can't beat our British countryside and rivers.
