There must be a shift on it somewhere Moe, could be a broadish up arrow rather than the word shift?

I think I look better on the blue background than on the orange background. Can that be true? :D

I just looked at the keyboard for that netbook - shift is under the caps lock on left side of keyboard and has the arrow AND says shift - if it doesn't say shift it will still be the one under the caps lock  :)

I had the same problem with an Asus at school, apparently it is set up as an american keyboard, so you have to change it to English- problem is it was a while ago and I can't remember how to do that! - I'll look at the Asus when I'm back in, but I'm on a course until next week,
best of luck
