Maybe it wasn't cost effective to offer steak as part of a 3 course meal for 30TL? I noticed today when I was buying mince that the price of red meat has shot up - again. It's now 20 lira per kilo of mince, and even more at carrefour!

It's a steak house isn't it? Steak not being cost effective might be a bit irritating for them

My point is, a steak house should have steak on their opening night menu, maybe I am missing the point here. If 30 YTL made it not cost effective to offer steak on the steak house menu then maybe a 40 or 50 YTL menu would be a better set menu (for a steak house)
