Hot Lavas bread is delicious with garlic butter and esme, I always go for the crispy well done bits usually underneath. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't like it! We used to always get it at the Orient in Calis and one night many years ago Falcon let our daughter make her own and cook it in the hot oven at the back of the restaurant - she was well pleased. Got to say though you don't see it as much anymore, mores the pity!!
