Hi, Have just returned from Calis back to cold London after a wonderful 2 weeks! We ate at the Rose on our 1st night, purely to see Halit/Andy. He was working there that 1st night but not after that, after an apparant dispute. Have to say that it wasn't that great, very dark, not at all welcoming & food very average. It was still open when we walked past on Friday night before leaving for the airport but not 1 table occupied! This was the same story every night for the past 2 weeks so doesn't look like business is doing very well. Halit is not working at Calis anymore, we spent a lovely day with him and his family last week & he took us to Dalaman on Friday night, he is running an internet cafe & doing airport transfers at the moment.
