That whole building is the sausage factory, his house is not in sight, and the sanitary conditions there are exceptional, bit of an unfair comment from Gorden me thinks 8)

Keith, I never for one moment, suggested that people should not buy from this establishment. In fact, I hope he is very successful, I love sausages!!
Tinkerman, judging by your post, it seems to me that you were not aware of all the hoops that "Sausage Lady" Lesley and Steve had to jump through in order to be allowed to make fantastic products, only to have to meet another, "dreamed up" requirement, by the authorities. I wonder if this chappie has to display labels on EVERY single pack of product, printed, NOT written by hand, declaring; date of manufacture, weight, best before, & what that particular sausage etc. consists of.

Not an unfair comment at all, in my mind!![:(!][:(!]
Gordy.

Friends went there for a sausage tasting for our bangers and mash night, the place is spotless, completely hygeinic, they had to wear plastic covers on their shoes etc
His sausages, especially the chicken and lamb, are lovely and he really deserves to do well

Really yummy, several of us descended on him during the Wednesday walk, and he gave us samples to try.
The sausages are lovely, also bought some sandwich slicing chicken, unfortunately a big group had been before us and bought all the pate which is really delicious.
Super friendly guy, wish him all the best

I agree with Andy the place is spotless far better than a lot of English butchers i know ,and yes a very unfair comment coming from someone who has never been there ,all the things i have tried were very very good ,give the bloke a chance . he can do without people like you when he is just opening up a buiness.

We went up there again today to check on Bob the dog they adopted, he is doing really well and the owners are very happy with him :)
We also bought some more Sausages as the last lot were lovely:P we also bought some Liver Pate which has been reccomended but we have yet to try that yet:P
While we were there several local germans turned up and we sat together testing tasting the sausages 8) 8):P

What is the chance of turning up somewhere in the sticks and a german turns up with the next no.plate to yours[?]

what a lucky dog:D
