Does anyone know if it is law in turkey for bars to display the size of wines given by the glass .[?]

I would be interested in that too. Some places give you such a tiny glass.

And some quite a huge one. The smallest wine glass I ever saw in my life was presented to me at the Harman hotel, a sort of glass thimble on a stem - one mouthful and all gone - plus they all charge around the same, irrespective of glass size. I guess the answer to Lance's question is no.

there should be a law against serving what can only be described as "tastes like vinegar" as the house wine  8)
