Title: BA canceled our flights

Feeling very sad that BA have cancelled our flights in june  :-[ :-[  they tried so hard for us to accept a voucher or rebook for another time ,every time I pressed 2  for a refund on the phone I got cut off , after many many  attempts, I used the number to phone from abroad ..and hey ho 1 minuet wait I spoke to a lady in a BA office in spain gave my booking details and confirmed a refund 5 - 10 days into my bank .
well pleased but fingers crossed it goes through ok , just have to wait and hope to get our calis fix later in the year  8) as I see lots of very good priced packages for September / early October to our hotel in calis  if restrictions allow us OAP,S to go
