I'm a new member and have been reading some posts on the site. I have put a depostit down with Nicholas Homes for one of new builds. I have a couple of concerns..all familiar topics on this site I think but maybe someone can help?
1. The amount that may be on the Tapu compared to the agreed purchase price may differ significantly - and how to avoid this.
2. The land and whether there may be issues about it being Tourist or Agricultural...?
Is it best to employ an International Law Firm to carry out the due dilligence at this stage?
Any advice appreciated - also any purchasers of Nicholas with good stories or otherwise before I part with more hard earned cash!
