So many people are ready to post negative remarks about different aspects of buying and selling property in Turkey and the bad experiences people are having with bad agents. we just want to point out there are honest reliable and friendly agents out there too.
We recently had the good luck and fortune to choose the Turkey Property Centre amongst others to offer our property for sale and cannot recommend Nikkie one of there sales team enough. She wrote up a lovely description and details page and kept us up to date with friendly regular emails on when the property went live and the link to look at her advertisement shede constructed for us. We where only selling our lovely villa due to a few financial worries we had and ultimately took it down from sale after 4 weeks of anxiety thinking that we might get a buyer lol and not wanting to sell it in the first place but feeling we had no other option. Thank god we managed to sort things out as Nikkie made us realise what we where selling and had to fight harder to keep it. Her advert was too good
Even though we took the property down from sale after a very short time,Nikkie was really nice about it and wished us all the best and good luck.
Although a lot of agents are reluctant too try to sell resales as new gives them more commisson we found that the tpc was very happy to offer our place for sale and made us feel quite positive about the process.
Basically if you are looking to sell or buy using a great bunch of friendly approachable people, we dont think you will go far wrong with the Turkey property centre.
Keep up the good work guys and gals as im sure that if you did change things that someone will be only too happy to post a alternative description about your agency to what we have posted above.
