take a look at Manisa Turkish
the site is run by a retired englishman ..lives in New Zealand and he does it as a hobby...its not commercial and has no pop-ups

If this is the same site you refer to the website for Manisa Turkish is www.turkishlanguage.co.uk Does look a very useful site but the guy says he is a lecturer in England not NZ. :)
