Crabbit - as it's made from wood then it is natural - it's just not very good charcoal in Turkey. At least the stuff I've managed to find so far.

No but you CAN grow trees! A table (wood of course) is, like charcoal, made from a natural living thing which can be replenished. The problem with the charcoal in Turkey is that the wood they use is not the best for producing charcoal

Anyway, Jackie, going back to your original question - Have a look for the shop in Gunlukbasi I mentioned. They definately had gas barecues for sale the last time we passed.
