It may well be that he has sold it to a Turkish person.  If that is the case there are'nt too many Turkish people who look on the forum who would be able to come forward with the info you require.

I was informed by the seller that an English couple with property in Calis bought it. So, I hope that I will get some response.

I would advise people always to try and sell on this forum first. This is always my first port of call for buying and selling.

Yes, and we don't take 50% of the selling price either! All active members can sell on CBF for nothing and I'll guarantee we get more people looking than any shop. Our success rate is second to none, CBF sells complete house contents in a couple of days - there is no reason to give half the sale value (or find it's been sold cheaper than you specified), stick it up on CBF.

I would be nice if sellers on CBF were to give - say 5% to a Calis based charity (I can think of one or two).

Just a thought.

I agree Stoop, we obviously couldn't monitor that and wouldn't particularly want to, but I have also thought that would be a nice way to work, since we don't charge 50% of the sale value (like some!) or indeed anything at all.

I wish I'd have known about CBF before, then I would have put it up for sale on here,:( also, I agree that a percentage of the sale to be given to charity would be a great idea. :)
