It's usually only blonde hair that is affected by the chlorine in swimming pools. There are products you can buy from the hairdresser to apply to the hair before your swim, also a good tip is to wet the hair first with plain water, but the best thing to do is wear a cap, as you are a man I think you may stand out in the crowd as I don't see a lot of men wearing swimming caps.
