went to the Kaymakamlik, but they said they dont get involved with second hand goods. A Turkish friend of ours called him and said we would go to the tax office, but he said he doesnt have a shop so tax office wont care. He asked him to give us 150 tl of our money back but he refused every suggestion.
Apparently he was quite rude and confrontational and wanted to start a bit of a fight with our friend wanting to know who he is what it is to him etc
Going to have to put this down to experience and move on,but hopefully this will stop anyone else falling into this trap
