Well if there is one , please let me know as well.

Bought a "Jam Pan" yesterday to do the local fruit as it comes in season.

We made all our wine in UK for several years. Add a bottle of cheap vodey to a gallon of (sort off) ok home wine and your well on the way.

Especially now all the costs have gone up.

We need brewers yeast and airlocks if anyone can bring it over,

Tried the glass blower next to the culture center for an air lock. Rip off merchant, wanted 50 lira for one, and I told him I needed 6.

Forget it I will make my own fron bendie straws and a ping pong ball.

Rock on

Jack

I've just put a new thread in the food section. Had one reply but looks like more people interested so i will - if you want, put some easy recipes in there for wines and ciders. I will also do some 'how to' guides for making your own air lock bubblers. All you need is a woman who dyes her hair a couple of bic pens and a hot glue gun or silicone sealant will do at a pinch.
Regards
