Also at the pork shop opposite Tansaş along with corned beef & luncheon meat both 12tlr tin, not tried this make before it's called Pampeano & from Bazil.

As a diehard bitter drinker, I've been deprived of this for far too long in Turkey. Efes if fine if you're a lager drinker, Efes dark is quite honestly unpallatable(spelling ?). I'm all for the "When in Rome"attitude, but heaven knows, a choice would't go amiss.

39 bottles conditioning - lost one due to quality control measures! :-) Thats the xmas bitter sorted!
Just as a matter of interest from anyone who buys the real version in bottles from these pork shops - has any of you noticed any sediment in the bottom of the bottles at all??? I'm looking to harvest any yeast that may be in them.

Those pork shops mentioned above have it in stock now - 2 days ago the one by the Otogar in Fethiye had 25 plus cases in and yesterday when i went back in there to get another half dozen bottles there were only around 5 cases left. Possibly some of the bars have been in and snaffed it all.
But bought some for quality control purposes to test against my home made clone version and have to say  - i think mines better and it comes in 500ml bottles too.
Anyone bought cases of this stuff? i would be interested in the empty bottles if anyone would save them or we could arrange to drop off and pick up somewhere?
