They've appealed and tried every trick in the book including violence for the last 5 years but it's got this far.

I for one am over the moon for the owners. I hope the New Year is a new beginning for them. They deserve it.

Even if this legal case is not finished yet, I too am delighted for these owners with the outcome at this stage.
