We may be close to getting our Tapu
, but it is now getting a little confusing:(. We received our land Tapu a long while back and recently we handed over power of attorney so that our main Tapu could be collected, but yesterday my wife (who is currently in Turkey) called me to say she sort of has it.....but it isn't it[?] She says it isn't the title deed - so she thinks - and that the title deed will be £370ish. She asked if this money was for the tax, but those people she spoke with didn't seem to understand what she meant by this.
We obviously don't want to pay out £370ish only to find it still isn't the full monty.
Any thoughts?
She also mentioned that these deeds could only be collected en-masse, but that would be practically impossible.
Any thoughts on this too?
