Increase in site fees

Being from Leeds we have been plagued by rumours of a certain financial prudence- so I must preface this post by saying this is not the case with us.( we are not mi**e bags nor are we tight tw**s- Moe back me up here!)
Anyway the question I have is with regard to an increase in our site fees WEF July 1st. Up to then our fees have been 15ytl per month and have now increased to 25ytl. This covers the salary for the manager and the gardener, all communal lighting in hallways and around the perimeter fencing and probably a load of other stuff but my translation ability wouldn't extend any further when we recieved the meeting minutes through the post! There isn't a pool by the way.
Is this reasonable- I mean it seems reasonable to us when 15ytl seemed cheap its just hard to gauge that's all. What do you think?:D
