we are out at the end of June to take possession of our apartment on Sunset
. Just wondered if there are any other owners here that have already been out and done this in the last few weeks.
If so:
How did the handover go ?
What condition was the property in - (how much cleaning needed)?
Are any of the facilities open yet ?
...or indeed anything else that might be of interest.
