many people on this and other forums ask questions about this law , and not many know the correct answers, so i have been looking for a translated version of this law and have finally managed to get a full translated (53 pages)at considerable cost , but i think will be worth it in the long run .
as we are on a complex and some of the owners dont seem to want to pay their share of the costs , so this document will come in very handy . if anyone would like a copy of the document for a fee of £20 , so i can try to recoup some of the costs . if they pm me i will send payment details . hope this may help some people . thanks
