we are on a complex with pool , can anyone tell me if they have communal insurance in case someone injures themselves around the pool or on steps in communal area . we currently dont have insurance to covers this and the insurance company says they will cover this if 75% of owners use the same insurance company .i think its important to have this but was just wondering howmany people have it and which insurance company do they use . thanks
