hi i wondered if scunner or anyone can advise.my cousin had ahouse for 4 years he has sold it but when he went to sign the tapu they wouldnt let him why you will ask well it seems hes got a new british passport with a different passport number on it he hasnt got his old passport cant find it.they say hes not the same person evev though the tapu has his photo on.so what can he do they keep going on different passport number.he lives in the uk house was only holiday home any ideas we just cant believe the carry on thanks....
