Tapu Ready for collection

We had a phone call from Nicolas U.K Telling us our Tapu is ready for collection at the Fethiye Office. Now here is the best bit. We were asked by Nicolas if we had paid our Maintenance float for this year . They then asked permission to take the money from the maintenece float to pay for our Tapu. The total cost all in when buying our place included the Tapu . Obviously we have said yes as we just want our Tapu.
