Hello all,
Given all the trouble there seems to be with Turkish Wills I wonder if there is an alternative. Any thoughts would be very helpful.
As the sole (female)owner of my apartment and with no turkish will set up I wondered if it would be easier for my son and daughter if I added them as part owners and included them on my Tapu. That way I wonder if we wouldn't need a will at all. Does anyone know if this is possible, whats best way to approach it and would it be expensive.
