Hi to all members,
I have question about water bill,please.I asked Hanel House for bill after one year(I used apartment once-for 4 days,I did not cook,mostly used just for sleeping) and they wrote I should pay 11pounds bill+14 pounds subscription fee.Could somebody tell me what the subscription fee means? Hanel did not answer.
My apartment is in Ovacik.
