Advice on management companies

Hi, I am a new member and recently bought an apartment in Calis.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good management company as I would like to rent my apartment out but need someone to manage it for me as I live in uk. I have been told that a2z are good and would love to hear from anyone who has used them. Many thanks

We use interturks in Calis.We are well pleased with the service they provide.They look after our apartment for us take care of our renters and pay all our bills on time.Any questions or problems we have they respond straight away and do there best to help us.

I must be honest and say I have never even heard of one called a2z! You can try sunnyd (moderator on this forum) who is very competitive. If you compare prices you will see that there are huge differences between companies. Some say you get what you pay for but I think some take the mick.

Interturk only offer property management to their own customers as far as I know. Can't blame them

Could also recommend Fethiye Property Services.  One part of their service we particularly like is they take photographs in every room and around the garden every month and send them to us.   This is a great way of looking at your property even when you are not in Turkey.  We don't rent out, but I would think this would be really useful for people who do.

The most important thing with property management is (in my opinion) not just finding one that quotes a good price but one that actually does what they say they will do. Several members on here can tell stories of paying lazy property management people hundreds of pounds to get (amongst other things) a weekly check of the property - and be there for a fortnight themselves and know for a fact nobody came near the place.

Recommendations surely are the way to go because you could be paying a lot of money for very little.

All Aspects who's office is in Calis, are also very good.
I used them before I moved here and stil have friends in the apt block I live in who use them. I can certainly vouch for their service
and honesty and turning up when they should. Nothing is any trouble
for them to sort out and will always quote you before they go ahead with any repairs etc that can and do at times happen during the winter months.
