Communial Electricity Bill

Many thanks Stoop. Yes this meter covers the communical lights and pool pump, etc. The meter has had a peculiar additional object connected to it and has a wire (which is red hot) running from it, to where we don't know.  All of the meters are waterlogged, thankfully ours was proteced with a plastic bag. Although the fuses were affected by water and burned out, this has been dealt with by a Turkish electrician.  The electrician said Aydem would have to deal with the one burning and only the account holder could call out Aydem to sort it out.

The only thing I can think of is flying over and going to Aydem myself.
