parcel delivery
« on: August 30, 2011, 14:30:15 PM »
last week we had a parcel collected in the UK to be delivered to us here in Calis.

Yesterday we went out and when we came back we had a note from the PTT with various tick boxes on and the box APG is ticked.

below it says :

15 gun icerisinde Fethiye PTT isyerine gecerli kimlik belgenizle basvurunuz

does anyone have any idea what this means?

I get the feeling theyre saying we will need to collect ourselves and take some id

It doesnt say where to collect or any phone number to call.

thanks that's what I thought, also wondered what the APG bit means.

Its just a tad heavy and not much of a bargain for £41 postage to have to go and collect it. Good job Ive just bought a vegetable trolley!

LOL figured as much - they have just increased their prices recently. I used to get upto 500g sent for 6 quid now its over 8. Thats the international signed for service as dont trust anything else as it goes missing. I even had an order sent from a Turkish mail order company actually cut open the box to see what was in it - that was Surat Kargo too!!! - Oh and my freebie gift from the mail order company was missing ? But they sent out a replacement free of charge.
