I am looking to offer my furnished apartment in Selvi Evli, Calis for holiday letting for the first time this year.
Does anyone have any recommendations for websites to advertise it on (eg. Owners Direct)?
Some websites seem to want a annual fee up front whilst other only take a commission if an actual booking is made. Any thoughts on the best way?
Also it seems to me to be easier if the website also receives the payment and deposits it in my UK bank account minus their commission, unless you know different. This is important for me in particular because I live in Australia and the visitors are likely to be from UK.
Any advice, experience and an idea of how many weeks a year I may hope to let the apartment would be greatly appreciated.
