If it is the Barut group they are one of the best chain of hotels in Lara Beach, Antalya

That's either the Kargi turn off or the Yaniklar turn off. I think the latter if those are the houses built about 8 years ago.

Not exactly Koca Calis - a bit further on - but close enough.

The complex bottom middle (two pools) is Telmessos - so this is just the other side of the hill next to Telmessos.

Is that right Baz? We were offered one off plan by the agent who sold us our house. Location put us off even looking. Glad we didn't now.

Thomson are now taking bookings for May 2015! If it's this spot then they will have to get a move on eh?

This is per person!

That's correct Scunner. It's a bit of a walk mind. I understand the road by Telmessos had some work done on it last year. Maybe that's why?

Will it be open for May next year? I doubt it yet Thomson are taking money now!

It looks like the area in between the Majesty Tuana Hotel and the beach in Yaniklar.

I agree with Pi55y, over the years we have stayed in various "5*" hotels in the Antalya, Belek, Side area and whilst they are  not equal to 5* in other countries, they have all been very good value for money.  However, we have stayed in the Barut hotels and they are head and shoulders above the rest with well trained staff and high standards.

Well people are booking like mad for next year! Some disappointed people I think. Unless there is a hotel going up somewhere else that fits the description?

So people are booking their holiday "off plan"? Wonder if they know?
