I live at 94. street near Orca Hotel. My UPS shows input voltages up to 265 Volts. Does anyone else experience such high values ?

It's not unusual. Turkish voltage fluctuates between 0 and 280 volts.

I sent a message to AYDEM and am waiting for their reaction. I heared that the voltage rises this time of the year due to hotels closing these days. Then they come to adjust the voltage.

We moved end september to this area , so I hope this is true.

My UPS switches sometimes to battery backup , because it cannot handle such high voltage.

It's somethong you get used to. We lived out there for 6 years and despite all the new equipment and changes that were made by Tedas and their successors, Aydem, it still happens.

Unfortunately it is not my way to get used to things that make me uncomfortable. I rather keep on writing and complaining - even if I cannot get any result , I try to make them feel uncomfortable , too.

Hi again , things seem to have changed since 6 years. They came from AYDEM 10 minutes ago and adjusted the voltage to 240 V.
