The vine in my greenhouse is finally taking off.So far,I have tried two recipes using some vine leaves.I have been a wee bit careful as I didn't want to strip too many off and kill the plant which has lots of flower buds about to open.
1.Contained rice,onion,garlic,lemon juice and mint.
2.Contained rice,onion,garlic,lemon juice,mushroom,parsley and dill(I read the ingredients from the back of a Supermarket one)
Both fillings are great.
Think I'll try one with minced lamb or beef.The fillings can be made up with anything you like.
Terrific.
Don't get many vines in Cambuslang though:(
