I couldn't be ar5ed as I was underwhelmed with last years efforts. I could book 6 weeks before I flew in September for the same price as when I got up at 5:30 to book.

We couldn't! Paid £418 for two this year with baggage and seats. Was much more as we got closer to the departure day. Maybe with bigger nuts I could have waited and got them cheaper but that's a risk too far for us

Same here, last year we paid £220 return each at the crack of EasyJet Dawn day, and then a few weeks later decided to book the twins too. I watched the price do nothing for around 5 weeks then paid £400 each for theirs.

It never once went down by even a penny.

got ours 3weeks sept 800pounds with all extras went on 3hrs later gone up to 1,250 so got a good price but dearer then last year

We may be going, but it definitely will be the last time they can get away with a 51% price increase year on year. If they did the same next October we would be looking at £496 return each. That is not remotely possible for just flights. I worry for the area.
