Title: price increase during bayram

has anyone had a price increase in their hotel booking over the 3-4 holiday period.???..been advised  of a increase on our next year booking..i think  abayram is a bit earlier next year...

Outrageous at the market today! Very few stalls, most with no prices displayed, making it up as they went along.
Worst was 5tl for a kilo of carrots :0

10tl for a kilo of mushrooms normally 6tl

i think abayram is a bit earlier next year...

The Muslim year only has 354 (sometimes 355) days so Ramadan and Bayram are earlier in the Gregorian calendar every year.

Wanted 7tl for a cauliflower, said no, he said 6tl, I said 5tl and he accepted.  I still have never paid that before, but sucked it up cos I had friends coming to dinner and was desperate.

According to next years 3C,s Calendar. The start date for Bayrami is afternoon Wednesday 23rd September, til and including Sunday 27th September.
