3 bed apartment very close to beach needed

Hi All,

We are looking for a 3 bedroomed apartment with pool for May next year, but it must be very very close to the beach/promenade area as we are planning to take our elderly parents out next year to show them Calis, they can walk a short distance but i think to far away will be to much for them after a few days.. Not too many stairs either would be good..

Have you tried Calis Villa on here. Or, from memory, villarenters.com have 114 apartments listed in Calis.

Both Seaside and Summer Apartments are close to the beach but both are at the far end of the prom.

Patty - forgive me if this is an over simplification.

From bridge to beach, turn right and go to very end of prom (approx 1.00km). You will now be at Letoon Hotel. This map shows Summer and Seaside Apartments in relation to Letoon. You can get a dolmus very closeby to both.

thanks for that. I think we had a walk to seaside and then a bit further on is Sunset beach ?
Is there a walk way from Summer to beach front and if so how long would the walk be?

Yes i hae looked at Villarenters and Calis Villa, but it is very difficult to know if when they say beach apartment if it is that close to the beach or not as we have rented several apartments in Calis and on there websites they say Beach for location and they are certainly not, some have been up by the sunday market area, and one was across the road and about another 5 minute walk from water park!!! Fine for us but not the olds...

I would like an honest opinion and position of any apartments that anyone thinks suitable, we know Calis quite well so if we know what it,s near we can work out if it is close enough.

Hopefully someone has something for us...

To get from Summer Apts to the beach, you turn right out of the entrance, and then right again onto the road. The start of the prom is  about 100 metres along this road. Seaside is right on the beach, next to where the dolmuses finish.

when you come out and turn right is there any busy roads to cross? where do you join the promenade, is the road well lit?

Hope this helps on location and roads questions. Approx 300 metres to dulmus with a further 150 metres to the beach

When you come out of the entrance there is a footpath along the length of the main road to the Sevi Hotel. If memory serves, there isn't a path down to the beach.
