I agree with Rodin. You cannot judge a country on just one holiday. Me and the War Minister had a great time in Sunny Beach a few years ago. Nessebar was great and the people very friendly. It was also very cheap. We miss the pigs roasting on a spit in nearly every restaurant.

I went to Bulgaria on a work trip once and travelled all around the country.

I will never go back. The food was the worst I have eaten with the exception of one place in the capital - salt, pepper, spices, herbs - they have never heard of these.

I am sure it is better in the tourist areas - but oh my elsewhere it was so bland it was criminal.

Yes and not to mention the prostitutes walking the prom. It is still the worst place I have ever been I missed the good food weekas for judging it on one two week holiday why would you go back to see if it was still rubbish?

We stayed in Varna not Sunny beach & as i said it was the worst holiday we have ever had.
