In light of the recent Chelsea V Barca and Man u semi does the football organisations have to now bring in TV evidence as the miss carriage of justice was so clear on all Chelsea penalties and the Man U sending off. This will make it so much easier for the Refs and stop all the arguments on the pitch. Maybe a 4th offical with a TV screen in the dug out !
