Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland.

That is the entire list, not a few hand picked ones. And believe it or not, it is not that they all start with S.

Yes Heather, that is the correct answer - this is the comprehensive list of all the countries in the World that aren't in the EU. The European Union has been smashing since Turkey, New Zealand and Burkina Faso joined
