Just been announced on ITV, I think that will be a sad day if it ever happens, they are a great family supported club

Once again another example of ownership screwing a club, in this case a series of dubious owners.  Once again the loyal fan suffers.

As I recall this isn't the first time Portsmouth have had this sort of financial pain.  Hopefully they can get out from being under very soon.

Is that the Harry currently in court facing financial irregularities charges brought by HMRC, who co-incidentally are often responsible for putting football clubs against the wall ... is there a link here ;)

Great little club but they have had so many close shaves that I'm afraid one of them might tell eventually. I would hate to see them wound up. As for Harry - dodgy geezer comes to mind.

I have to say that not being the slightest bit interested in football but living in the area between Southampton and Portsmouth has become a great spectator sport as I listen to the kconstant banter between fans as each year has resulted in at least one of the teams going bankrupt, down the league tables, docked points or all three
