"happy enough to be also rans..."

I don't think so, it's just that they, like the majority of the Premiership clubs don't have the money to spend £20million plus on a player. I wouldn't write Everton off as they love to beat the teams that think they're superior. Ask Spurs, Chelsea and City who've been beaten by them in the past few months.

I'd love Everton to win the cup but I'll be happy with beating liverpool in the semi. There's no grander sight in football than Dalglish's face looking more like an unmade bed than it normally does.

As for Chelsea I don't think they'll even reach the final.

The Football Association has set a 6pm kick-off time for our FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur.

The match at Wembley takes place on Sunday 15 April. It will be screened live on ITV1.

The other semi-final between Liverpool and Everton is on Saturday 14 April with a 12.30pm kick-off.

Which makes perfect sense when one set of fans have to travel from Merseyside and the other from London !

it does make you wonder who makes these decisions, Scousers get an early KO on the Saturday and Chelsea who are playing Champions League on the Wednesday get a late KO on Sunday, idiots!

Totally agree Keith and Andy!!  Especially as we have the Grand National here on the Saturday.  Needless to say there are many GN tickets on e bay at the moment.  People can't be in two places at once?  Scousers will do their city proud AGAIN!!  :D

Our semi should of been played on 15th, but due to The Hillsborough Anniversary falling on that day it was changed to the 14th, agree the timing is ridiculous, or maybe the it could have been played at a nearer and mutual ground, but thats the FA in their wisdom for you.
also think that the last 4 teams can rise or fall on the day, would love us to win,  obviously, to see KKs face like  a well made bed, but failing us would like to see Spurs win it. :P
