Why oh why is the EPL often described as the best,after Man U struggling to beat an average Portuguese team and the pathetic displays of Chelsea,Man C and Arsenal against very ordinary opposition is it even in the top 5 in europe ? :'(

By 'best' I think they mean the best to watch as it is a little more exciting than many of the other european leagues - that's what Sky would like us to think anyway  :)
