You can for the most part still choose from the evening menu in the day time. All the starters and meze are on both menus. There may be just a few dishes that aren't always available in the day because they are still being prepped like the tanır lamb for example because it's slow cooked during the day ready for evening.
The reason we split the day and evening menus is because we recognise, being on a beach front, that some people will want burgers, pizzas and wraps during the day. Evenings is exclusively Turkish while in the day we've compromised to provide the type of snacks that people often like for a lunch at the beach. But we don't want to be serving those in the evenings.
