Thought it would be Ali’s. we’ve had a few run ins in there over alcohol. Never been back in and never will. Plenty other bars to use.

Haven't been in for possibly 15 years. Way too loud, and that's when we are sitting in Dawn Beach...

Yes there seems to be a upsurge (again) in fake booze. Be careful...

I am far too trusting.  We do go there at least once every holiday.  One of the barmen many, many years ago was very kind to my son (he was in a different restaurant then) and we have never forgotten it.  Last year, I ordered a brandy.  It tasted nothing like brandy and I just assumed he'd served me the wrong drink so I didn't query it.  It never crossed my mind it could be fake.

There has always been, and will probably continue to be, a certain amount of fake alcohol in circulation. Especially with the steeply rising price of legitimate drinks due to taxes.

Shameful behaviour no thought what so ever for folk and their health fake alcohol can cause soo many things including blindness...
So far I’d only ever heard of it happening in Hisaronu and all for the people involved to make a fast buck!
Very sad to hear it now has reached the streets of Calis...
So very tired already this season of hearing / reading all the ripping off etc and the way some people assume that all Brits are money trees...

Only this morning I was reading about some folk who ordered soft drinks in a bar in Hisaronu to be told next time they have to order alcohol as it’s a bar...
Sadly Calis is most definetely no longer the place I fell in love with 13 years ago :(

Do the authorities not make regular unannounced checks.
