You can check back in this section and see the problems I've shared on here with ING Bank, both my own and those of my previous property customers. I've had huge frustrations, no wonder I have no hair.
But as the title says...
Last week I couldn't get onto the ING internet banking (PIN number sent to phone didn't arrive - it ALWAYS arrives!!) and as this was 10pm I sent an email to the manager saying I needed something done and the PIN was not arriving. Well, 7:01am (9:01 UK) I received a read receipt from him, 7:02 an email saying he would sort it out straight away. Then a phone call from a member of staff to confirm all the details.
Then the next morning, I went online and it was all done and dusted.
Great stuff from a bank I've learned never to expect great things from.
