It's great that some places are more than willing to give a donation from their food sales to the charity events but surely if Anna's Bar refuses to play ball then a later start somewhere else is worth a try.

Went in the Anna Bar on Wednesday night, we were the only people in. We had an Efes and a G & T and were charged 18Tl :o.

What is next door to Anna bar. Didn't realise that you were playing pool with Tinx n Baz in the Bati last night, Claire and me were eating in the front area.

Am I alone in getting slightly fed up with a thread that innocently asked for a website address and ended up as a tetchy debate which revolved around the price of an Efes:(.

My last post was a humorous one hence the LOL at the end, sorry if that offended you Highlander.

I resurrected an old post due to the fact it was the 1st selection once I'd searched for "Anna" as opposed to "Annas" which the bar seems to have adopted as its 2nd name. Didn't see the point it making a new topic when this one had no replies & the heading was the correct one for a discussion about the bar in question, maybe I have the search facility usage incorrect, if so please point me in the error of my ways.

Buddy: Next time come & say hello, I'll be back at the Bati on Thu night & probably most Thu nights for the superb winter menu he offers.

I wasn't offended supacabby. I just thought it a little sad the way the thread had gone.

I suggested finishing this topic as well now John. This is only going to cause a negative effect for all the charity do's. All as you say revolving around the price of the drinks and not the real reason for the event taking place which is to help as many animals and children as we can.
